Terms of service

By accessing or purchasing from honneshaindore.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants.

2. Handloom Authenticity & Product Variance

  • The Handloom Disclaimer: Please note that our sarees are authentic hand-woven products. Slight irregularities in the weave, color bleeding in natural dyes, or small knots are signatures of the human hand and are not considered defects.

  • Color Accuracy: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in digital screens and studio lighting, the actual color of the saree may vary slightly from what you see on your device.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) for domestic orders. For international orders, prices may be displayed in the local currency but will be processed at the current exchange rate.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

  • Payment must be received in full before any order is processed for shipping.

4. Export & Custom Duties

  • For international orders, the customer is considered the "Importer of Record."

  • Honnesha is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your country. These must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections in the destination country.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once a saree has undergone Fall/Pico (finishing) or if a custom blouse has been stitched, the order cannot be cancelled or returned.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images of our sarees, logos, and descriptions, is the property of Honnesha. Use of our brand imagery for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Honnesha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Actionable Tips for Honnesha:

  • The "Fall & Pico" Rule: This is the most common cause of disputes in the saree business. Ensure your "Buy" button has a clear checkbox that says: "I understand that sarees with Fall/Pico added are non-returnable."

  • Update Regularly: As a "startup trader," if you change your shipping partners or banking details, make sure to review these terms.

  • Link it Everywhere: Place the link in your website footer and in the bio of your Instagram business profile if possible.
