1. Order Processing Time

We know you're excited to receive your handloom! All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during festive seasons), we will notify you of any potential delays via WhatsApp or Email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

3. International Shipping (For Exports)

As a startup trader, we proudly ship our authentic Indian handlooms globally.

  • Customs & Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches your country. Honnesha is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is handed over to our international courier partner.

4. Returns & Finishing Services

  • Fall & Pico: Please note that sarees with added Fall/Pico or custom stitching are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Handloom Authenticity: Slight irregularities in the weave are the beauty of handmade products and are not considered defects.

  • Return Window: For standard items, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the saree is unused and tags are intact.

5. Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@honneshaindore.com within 48 hours.

Important: To process a claim, we require a continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is sealed until the damage is shown.
