SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during festive seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: For international orders, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance processes which are beyond our control.
3. International Shipping (Export Policy)

We ship worldwide! Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Honnesha is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages & Issues

We take great care in packaging our handloom sarees. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us at info@honneshaindore.com within 48 hours of receipt.

Requirement: To process a damage claim, we require an unboxing video starting from the sealed package to the point where the defect is visible.
6. Returns & Exchanges (Handloom Specific)

Since our products are authentic handlooms, slight irregularities in weave or color are signs of authenticity and are not considered defects.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for unused sarees with original tags intact.

Custom-made items (with fall/pico) are not eligible for return.
