SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during festive seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: For international orders, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance processes which are beyond our control.

3. International Shipping (Export Policy)

  • We ship worldwide! Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • Honnesha is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages & Issues

  • We take great care in packaging our handloom sarees. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us at info@honneshaindore.com within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Requirement: To process a damage claim, we require an unboxing video starting from the sealed package to the point where the defect is visible.

6. Returns & Exchanges (Handloom Specific)

  • Since our products are authentic handlooms, slight irregularities in weave or color are signs of authenticity and are not considered defects.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for unused sarees with original tags intact.

  • Custom-made items (with fall/pico) are not eligible for return.
